Asking clarifying questions

I need to be concise and ask just when necessary. I think it’s a good idea to ask a quick clarifying question and offer some ready-made options for the user to choose from. Keeping everything in a single short paragraph with numbered options seems like the best approach. I really want to make this process as smooth as possible for the user, so I’ll avoid using tools for now.
